Ascend Senior Consulting was founded by Julie Dietz to support assisted living and home care leaders navigating today’s increasingly complex care environment.
Julie brings deep experience in senior care operations, compliance, leadership support, and quality improvement. Her consulting style is grounded, honest, and solutions-focused – helping providers strengthen systems while keeping resident care at the center of every decision.
As an RN and Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD), she understands the realities of senior care from both the clinical and leadership sides. She believes strong systems, clear expectations, and compassionate leadership create better outcomes for residents, staff, and organizations. She brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to every engagement.
